A time to reflect on the past year, create space to listen & welcome in 2026 with purpose and intention ✨

As we begin transitioning out of Fall and out of a relentless past year, what areas of your life do you feel need time for reflection and release?
What needs tending within yourself as you move more into what lights you up and feeds your soul?
Sometimes we need to release or change old patterns, habits or relationships to make space for a new path of growth that feels more aligned with who you are now.
Letting go of what doesn’t serve us any longer, helps free up energy to reflect on what’s most important for our highest good and most loving self.
Carving out quiet time for yourself during this seasonal transition can be potent medicine to lean into, and open up to what's next.
When we can release, we make room for all the good that awaits. Are you feeling a nudge to be intentional about what good you’d like to grow this coming year?
Let it be simple yet deep, uncomplicated and meaningful.
Try this simple mantra and breathing practice to dive forward into your intentional & harmonious season:
Take 3 minutes to do this practice every morning for a week until you feel more elevated and little lighter
Breathing in, say to yourself, “I am open to receive...
Breathing out, say to yourself, “I release. what no longer serves me...
Breathe in I receive. Breathe out I release. Repeat, repeat, repeat….
