Tues/Thurs evenings 6:30-7:45 and Thurs mornings 9:30-10:45am
By purchasing this package, you receive 11 credits to use for any class in the seasonal series.
Save your preferred classes by pre-booking well ahead of time to ensure your space on the mat with us.
Spring Series dates are: Feb 19, March 10, 12, 16, 19, 31, April 2, 7, 9. 21, 23, 28,30, May 5, 12,14,19,21,26,28 & June 2

Can't attend one week? Head to my schedule and consider pre-booking a 60 min Friday noon or Sunday 10am drop-in instead.
What to expect:
Tuesday/Thursday classes are 75 min slow flow yoga with the invitation to spend up to 30 mins after class in the sanctuary enjoying tea and a scrumptious homemade baked good in community.
Friday/Sunday classes are 60 min slow flow yoga
Yoga props provided in studio, all you need to bring is your yoga mat
