Mudras are simple hand gestures that can help direct and balance energy in the body. Mantras are repeated sounds or phrases that support steady attention and can shift the state of the mind. When practiced together, they offer a way to deepen concentration, calm the nervous system, and bring more clarity into your practice.

In this workshop, you’ll be introduced to a selection of mudras and mantras and guided in how to use them in a way that feels accessible and supportive.

We’ll spend time practicing together so you can experience how these tools work, and how you might bring them into your personal practice.

No prior experience needed. All levels welcome.
