This sweet, spacious home sits right on the beach with spectacular views of the ocean throughout the house and lanais.

St. Malo is a welcoming private community situated just over the border from my hometown, Carlsbad, CA- cloistered in a community of homes inspired by St Malo French Normandy architecture.

Situated right on the beach with spectacular views of the ocean throughout the house and lanai, you’re welcomed by lush flowering courtyard trees, & greeted with private entrances for each room.

Enjoy a a large remodeled kitchen, set up for family-style meals, a rec room and private beach access!

There are five bedrooms on the main level and plenty of public spaces to stretch out and relax. The living room has a wood-burning fireplace, comfy sofas and semi- enclosed patio for lounging, as well as a large kitchen/dining area and courtyard.

On the lower level, you find a game room with a pool table, another bedroom with full bath and ample outside patio (lanai) seating as you gaze out at the mighty Pacific.

The St. Malo community has many fabulous amenities including a private beach & clubhouse, volleyball courts, tennis, paddle tennis courts & a walking labyrinth.

You’re walking distance from the hip shops and restaurants in South Oceanside as well as walking distance to my cute hometown of Carlsbad, with everything you could possibly need: from super healthy smoothies, amazing Mexican food, surf shops, great coffee, delish baked goods, a farmers market, a wetland sanctuary with walking paths, award winning ice cream and loads of boutiques.
